Among we all, nowadays a word meditation is quite familiar to you as it is necessary for one to grow socially as well as spiritually

In this modern pace of life and in this hactic lifestyle people needs meditation for peace and wellbeing.A person can stay calm and relaxed and can perform his all day activities with full of joy.

Before 800 years ancient sages used to practice meditation(dhyan) for their spiritual growth, as we all know today whatever is happening around us, the sages already mentioned it in Vedas as this was possible for them by doing meditation similarly we can also get it a little bit of it by just practice it for 30 minutes a day, after completion of 45 days you’ll realise that you have transformed to a completely different being on this planet…

At last I would just say that meditation is the way towards the infinite i.e – God; after the activation of your crown chakra i.e on the top of your head you will feel that nothing is left to gain in your life and you will just connect to the god.
